Professor David Zarski - Project Finance Professor Zarski is a member of Schuyler Roche Crisham in Chicago, Illinois. In addition to managing $25-billion-plus transactions, he has served as counsel to a wholly owned bank subsidiary of a major retailer in a public offering of a credit card receivable securitization exceeding $1-billion. He has served as principal structuring counsel to the United States branch of a large global bank and its associated commercial paper conduits in various transactions. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University and is a member of the Illinois Bar. Professor Joseph Matthews - Intrernational Arbitration Professor Matthews was a trial and appellate advocate for more than 42 years. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. Professor Matthews is a Fellow and Past-President of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the American Law Institute. Professor Matthews has taught international arbitration at the National University of Mongolia and the University of Dundee, Scotland. He has lectured in China, Dubai, Austria, Belfast, Ireland, Scotland, and the United States. He serves an adjunct professor at Florida International University School of Law.
